Welcome to Nightingale Healthy Living!

I have always had an interest and a belief in spirituality knowing that there is something much bigger guiding us.

After several losses in my life, I went searching for answers and found the Sphinx Spiritual School of Learning and accelerated my own healing and growth.

I have trained under the tutelage of Ian and Pearl Rogers of The Sphinx Spiritual School of Learning for the last 17 years and am an accredited Medium, Spiritual Counsellor, Hahnemann Healer and Trainer and Parenting Coach.

Our healing modalities offer people an alternative way of looking at their lives, of being more accountable for their actions, learning how to intercede in their own minds and understand their repeated negative patterns.

It provides a set of values to live by and a platform from which to launch a fresh start, one that inspires a more loving and fulfilling existence.

Meet Elizabeth

A very warm welcome to Nightingale Healthy Living!

In 2000, I had an overwhelming desire to come to Melbourne to study Natural Medicine so that I could help as many people as possible to live healthier, happier lives.

This powerful feeling has continued to inspire me to explore what makes us sick and, more importantly, what makes us well. What a happy life means and how we can help ourselves live a healthy, happy life.

I know what it's like to be at the beginning of the journey and take the first step. I know what it's like to feel like you have made great progress and then to feel you have gone back to where you started.

There is always more to learn about ourselves, more to heal and let go of so that we can really listen to and honour our body, our spirit and all those delicate emotions we have. And the greatest thing is that we don't have to do it alone.

I really look forward to meeting you wherever you are on your unique individual journey in this life.
